In today's market private security has become more than it previously was, it used to be that private security meant having a guard sit in a guardshack and log activities of people coming to and from a property. Private security also meant having a guard patrol your grounds checking for open windows/doors, breaks in fencelines, etc.
Private security in those terms hasn't changed that much; minor changes are that we don't refer to a Private Security Professional as a guard, we are security officers, not rent-a-cops, security guards, or any other common term used by individuals. We do however patrol your grounds in a professional manner, if there is a problem with your property or any of it's visitors, clients or employees, you will be the first to hear about it.
We as an industry have moved into another line of work, protecting life, property and the American way of life, terrorism is to blame for this movement. We at Lonestar Security Services use training, instinct and preparation to help prevent domestic and international terrorism. Domestic terrorism can be any number of criminal activities planned to harm your business, your employees, clients, or visitors. International terrorism is any terrorist group planning and implementing any criminal activity to harm the American way of life, to put fear into Americans, or causing injury and death to the people of America.
